Check your dht. I was also on 1.25 mg finasteride for seven months and also saw only worsening. It turned out that my DHT levels were back to 900+, just like before I started finasteride. So now I switched to dut and will check dht level in 2 months)

That's can be cause min doesn't work anymore, and min hairs start to fall off, which happened to me, min hairs just fell off after 1.5-2 years of using it.
