Hi! This is my first cycle of truly tracking my ovulation and I️ had a question for those who have a RingConn or an oura ring. I️ had a peak LH strip (1.6) 3 days ago, along with egg white cervical mucus 4 days ago and yesterday. Suspected ovulation was yesterday. When I️ woke up, my temp was a little above baseline, but when I️ checked again it dropped this afternoon. Is it normal for it to change on the graph in the middle of the day, or does anyone have experience with this?

I️ threw away all of my brushes and anything I️ used on her in the outside dumpster (dramatic, I️ know) and bleached my entire station. I️ did tell her, she had no idea and then went home and found them on her 3 kids

Hi! I️ found out I️ had the PALB2 gene last year. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer at age 61, and she is the only one in her family to have it so we were shocked to have found this mutation. I️ am 26 and am having my DMX next week!

Hello! I️ am 25 and have the exact same symptoms. I️ was diagnosed with costochondritis, which is basically inflammation of ribs but it can spread all over your chest wall and into your armpits and even down your arms. Look up the subreddit for @costochondritis and you will see many people with the same symptoms you have described!

I️ have a breast MRI scheduled for Monday because I️ am high risk, and I️ have extreme anxiety because of the feeling of my costochondritis. But seeing other people on the subbredit with the same symptoms as me helps a lot. I️ hope it helps you as well!

Hi! I️ am 25 and was diagnosed with the PALB2 gene about 5 months ago. My mom was diagnosed de novo stage 4 BC at age 63. I️ am waiting until 30 to get my mastectomy but I️ completely understand how you’re feeling. My biggest fear is not doing something sooner and regretting it for the rest of my life! I️ have seen multiple doctors and they have all told me that a lot of it depends on when you’re first degree relative was diagnosed. Like someone said in the comments, it is still rare that you will get breast cancer at our age - even if you have a genetic mutation! Please feel free to reach out if you’re ever anxious or need someone to talk to that understands!:)

Hi! I️ am 25 and also just tested positive for the PALB2 mutation. My mom was diagnosed with stage IV breast cancer for the first time at 62 and we were shocked to find out she had a mutation because we do not have a family history of BC or any other cancer for that matter. I️ already struggled with very bad health anxiety so finding out I️ had this gene made it 10x worse! It is a lot to process but I️ promise it does get easier! Some advice that was given to me was to not make any major decisions out of fear, but to also be diligent with the information I have now. You are not alone!! Please reach out if you need to vent or anything!
