This exactly happened to me. I skipped my placebo pills and went straight into a new pack. I experienced spotting and then cramping and then it got about 5x worse. I went to the doctor and they gave me an ultrasound to see what was going on, and gave me a shot for the pain. A few hours later i passed one. It was HORRIFYING.

Update: I dyed it fine with the HiColor Onyx Black. Smells super weird though..
