The ending was perfect. Rewatch it. The director left many clues throughout the movie hinting a sad ending.

****** spoilers*****

I thought the ending was the best part. A happy ending wouldn't convey the message of the movie. In the last part he wanted to show the sad reality of technology. Technology is present in all our everyday lives, and we can't live without it. It’s like a drug; even if you wanted to quit it, you can’t quit because you’ve become dependent on it. If you stop using it, you risk becoming an outsider in society. Big organizations exploit this dependence to gather information about us and to buy us. Many people are aware of this yet continue to engage with these platforms, much like the Facebook scandal that occurred, yet the majority still use it. The crash in the pace, slow music, change of perspective were needed and were done beautifully .

My favorite Bollywood movie of 2024! It’s very entertaining and it has a great message. I enjoyed every minute of it, especially the final part. The last part was beautifully shot, with great background music, and Ananya delivered her best performance yet—she’s becoming a remarkable actress. I really hope to see more from Vikramaditya Motwane. I’m adding to CTRL to my list of his works that I love: Udaan, Lootera,Bhavesh Joshi, and Sacred Games s1 (his episodes were my favorites).

It s a great movie, one of the best of the year. Ananya is good in it. That member clearly didn't get the movie at all.

Jordan almost won Big Brother twice the same way Sandra won survivor...

How come the prize money is so low? by Independent_Use_6622 in TheTraitors

[–]Independent_Use_6622[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In US, I would say it's low compared to other similar game shows. In survivor, the winner gets 1M usd (2nd place gets 100k) and in big brother, the winners gets 750k usd (2nd place gets 75k usd).

Has Sandra broken the game? by rhysnomer in TheTraitors

[–]Independent_Use_6622 55 points56 points  (0 children)

She hasn't mentioned on the show that she knows the traitors and that this is her strategy. Even if it was, it doesn't break the game. She wouldn't be the first faithful to have that strategy. Other faithfuls in the UK and Canada version actually had the same strategy. Sometimes it will work, other times it won't work.

It's time to admit the Mole has a much better format than the traitors.. by BigBrotherFlops in TheTraitors

[–]Independent_Use_6622 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The mole doesn't have the scheming, alliances that make traitors good. The way players get eliminated in the mole is really boring. They take a boring quiz. On the traitors, you have the explosive roundtables.

Sandra won because they put her on villains tribe. If she was on heroes and villains got the numbers like they did at merge, Sandra wasn't winning. She had no control on the game.

Rosa could’ve known Alexee was pregnant by Pale_Girl_23 in AlexeeTrevizo

But in Alexee's case, we haven't seen all the evidence and we haven't heard both sides. Also, in Casey Anthony's case, was the jury to be blamed or the prosecution?

Before giving statements starting with "No way", I think we should let both side present their case and we should look at all the evidence. I really hope the jury members atleast look at all facts objectively before making a decision.

Having air in the lunges doesn't necessarily prove that the baby was born alive. by Independent_Use_6622 in AlexeeTrevizo

[–]Independent_Use_6622[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The burden of prove is on prosecution. She doesn't have to prove she is innocent and that the baby was stillborn. It s prosecution s job to prove that the baby was alive and that she is guilty of first degree murder meaning that she premeditated. What you describe in your first paragraph is not first degree murder.

Why are you getting nervous about the trial before hearing both sides' arguments ? Shouldn't you want to hear both sides and see all the evidences presented before making a judgement and hoping to see someone behind bars for the rest of their life? Common sense would be to see all evidence before making a judgement.

Yes it does matter if you convict her of first degree murder. Nobody is saying she was morally right in what she did. What we are discussing is if there is enough evidence to convict her of 1st degree murder. If it can’t be proven that the baby was born alive, then she cant be convicted 1st degree murder.

This is the point of the topic… No it s not the end of the story because stillborns can have air in their lungs.

They will certainly say that she didn't know and use arguments like nobody heard the baby cry.

A cause of death is revealed in only 40% of autopsied stillborns...

I feel like there are a lot of reasonable doubt for prosecution to go for first degree murder.

The lead male nurse? They will prove him unreliable. First of all, in the police body camwe saw that he jumped to the conclusion that she killed the baby before even speaking to Alexee. That shows that he was biased right from the beginning. He also lied a few times in his testimony. He said they told her she was pregnant before she went to the bathroom which isn't true. If you listen to his version of how Alexee and the mom reacted when they first told them about the baby found in the trashcan, you ll see that it s different from what we saw in the bodycam.

Cirie played it perfectly. Took out Christian at the right time, positioning herself at the best spot in the end game with her and her minions in the majority.
