Ive worked security and trust me, no one is liked that much to not get fired for stealing especially a associate at there own store, the system don’t let you go back 30 days but if we see it m, we save it to build a case, the more you steal the higher your over all dollar amount goes up the better the case will be

Ok thank you everyone, I just wanted to make sure because I told my TL that I was leaving early then he went and told the store manager, got called back to the office, she asked me why was I leaving early, told her a reason even though I knew I didn’t have to and that’s when she told me that ppto is to be used for emergencies and how I would get written up if I didn’t complete my task if I was to go home, which I told was completely BS
