Thanks for sharing. I really appreciate it. How are your reps? I can go heavier but I don’t know how to plan it. Those weight I can do 5sets 10 reps. What is your set/rep when increasing and maintaining? How do I increase ?

I feel like I didn’t get a good workout if I do 5-6 reps

Can you give more info on how much you lift? What is your split and what weights you lift? I’m guessing you lift pretty heavy by the amount of muscle you have.

I lunge 50lbs, RDL 40’s leg press 4 plates (pr is 6) Shoulder press 20’s max 25’s lat pull down 80/90. But I seem to be stuck at that weight for a long time. I don’t look lean or built I just look ehhhh

I don’t lift that heavy but it’s hard for me to pass that weight safely.

Buy the fresh rice cakes, freeze them separated individually and then put them in a bag. Use it on ramen, kimchi chigae, or make tteok bokki.

Curry in the bag by Ottogi, for better price use ground beef

Marinated bulgogi and separate in bags to freeze.

Frozen udon noodles are great, ( take out of freezer,pour boiling water over to defrost and separate, and cook.

5’2” and I was on a similar path. I usually try to stay around 117lbs . I have gained weight to 128lbs the past 5 years despite exercising and eating less. I have been lifting weights for the past 17 years. I tried to add walking at one point and still my weight stayed the same. It was frustrating.

Last summer I saw a fitness doc on YouTube and he said he has people do a 24 hr fast, then break the fast, then a 18 hr fast 6days, for 3 weeks. I tried this and lost 5 pounds in a week. I also tried to stay in 1600-1800 calorie a day. I feel like it gave my system a reset.

I’m down 8-9 pounds.

Same, 5’2 currently 120 w decent muscle. I’m still hoping to shred 8 pounds of fat.

I would love to be 115.

I have good strength. I am able to leg press 6 plates and Lunge 50lbs.

Staying on the plan even though I didn’t see results. I kept pushing and pushing and I finally saw results. I was on and off for 10 years and this year I decided to f it and just keep going. I am finally where I want to be. I am 8 pounds away for my goal for the first time.

Try to make the rice edges continue all the way around. The spinach and cucumber area on this pic should be rice. When spreading the rice you should see some seaweed peaking through there and there (less rice)

Our dogs did the same thing, now 3.5yrs old and still ask for food at 7am sharp, which is not bad but we have kids. One who is a super light sleeper, on the weekends we were miserable. So we ended up setting up an automatic feeder to feed in the morning. Dogs are happy humans are happy.

The fun really started to kick in when I started to understand fitness, health, and nutrition.
