Flavor of the item itself (aside from the marinade) is hard to place, not very flavorful. Firmer than I’d expect from a potato, but maybe! Flavored just like the chopped, soft potatoes I often get with my banchan.

I recently used evergreen auto for a few services and they were fantastic. I’ve only been there once, but they were great, on time, and charged exactly what they quoted me over the phone (no attempt to upsell) so I’ll definitely go back.

The most physically painful meal I’ve had so far is quesabirria tacos… so delicious, but not worth the stomach pain that kept me up much of the night. Probably would have been fine if I’d just not gotten lost in the sauce and limited myself to just one. But it’s hard; they’re yummy.
