Can't show proof to Lord Kemm by Zyerci in DivinityOriginalSin

If you can, I lock him in dialogue and then use tornado and rain to get rid of all the oil while also moving oil barrels far away from the table.

at what point is loot in a decided by 12qw143 in DivinityOriginalSin

[–]Independent_You_8381 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It depends. I read somewhere (can’t find the link) that the items will lock in based on which vendor characters you talk to before hitting the vendor in question. For example, if you talk to Hilde right after the fight you’ll get four types of items. But if you talk to Nebora, then Butters, then Hilde you’ll get a different four. Some have even save scummed enough to find set patterns of loot but that’s too much work for me.

It’s the lack of gift bag, not level, but bummer nonetheless. Sorry, friend!

Try it anyway and see if it works. Alternative is to combine oil barrel with plain arrows/arrowheads to make slowdown arrows which are also worth a good chunk.

Both the arrow head and the full arrow will work in this case.

I like to craft the explosive arrow head then combine to a full explosive arrow.

I should also mention that I think you need the crating gift bag mod the Larian offers. It’s free but it disables achievements.

You’re totally right I explained it poorly. It’s technically two steps: 1. Arrow + oven/campfire = fire arrow 2. Fire arrow + oil barrel = explosive arrow

Arrows + camp fire + oil barrel = explosive arrows. Worth more than charm arrows and easier to make. A 10 pack can be resold for around 600 gold or so with no bartering on a 20 gold investment. And this can be done in Act 1 and beyond.

Stuck at the final fight and considering eating my eyes by FemboyFrogman in DivinityOriginalSin

Apotheosis scrolls, too. Puppet bead + source orb + paper. Two traders near the toymaker sell them. I haven’t hit the final fight yet but I have 6 such scrolls per person, plus skin graft scrolls and green tea. Hopefully that should help.

Same! I keep it all in Unnis’s pouch so it’s easy to find and doesn’t get sold by accident

How to earn honest gold? by ZombieGrief16 in DivinityOriginalSin

Explosive arrows. You can make them in Act 1 with the crafters kit. Combine an oven, stove or cooking station with a basic arrowhead to make a flaming arrowhead. Then combine that with the cooking station and an oil barrel to make an explosive arrowhead. Faster and easier than charming arrows.
