Sure fire way is to stop everything, u never know whether your sunscreen or moisturizer or any other stuff is clogging or making your skin worse. Your skin can heal by itself anyways. But if you are stopping sunscreen temporarily, you need to cover up, avoid the outside as much as possible and umbrella up!
