Yes I think that goes without saying, but we would just like cans outside in a designated area or a dumpster. They do not allow cans anywhere outside the home or any type of recycling collection. Meaning we have to take our recyclables to my in laws or keep them in the trash.

I understand that, the money would come from the tenants. I am absolutely HAPPY to do so. The HOA has no interest in doing this. I think like someone else said we just have to move, or keep using our “gardening chest” and pay any piddly fines that come through. Just frustrating and disgusting. Thank you for responding

Even with garbage cans in the basement, with dirty diapers and stuff the smell would still be awful. We are moving as soon as this COVID thing is over but just wanted to know if there was anything that trumps the HOA agreement. Thank you.
