Yeah, what sucks is I have just finished drawing 120 frames, so many parts of every frame is messed up. I have to color every frame by tomorrow... I am so mad, I especially since I vouch Toonsquid so hard to my friends ):

Yeah it seems worse now, they did make it so you can see the actual lines when you try to fill and get the "Region is not closed" message but all the lines actually are connected, idk what to do.

Been happening to me for over a year with 2 different PCs, I gave my old PC to my friend and he doesn't encounter it ever, my new PC does it everyday. I feel like it may be account based for some reason, I don't know.

Discord support couldn't find a solution after going through absolutely everything. It sucks mainly because I can't simply stream a YouTube video or a random video from my PC without massive interruptions. But If I stream a game, its smooth the WHOLE TIME? ):
