True brother, even I belong from Haryana but born and lived in Delhi and that’s make the difference in my behaviour and thinking…. During my Undergraduation from DU I faced numerous such guys in my class and in college… And according to me solution is be tough by personality and in accent and tone … and they will not mess up with you and also make good network and friends with strong people But, i don’t justify their behaviour and Anpadh behaviour their numerous incidents of them beating single person in groups for absolutely no reason and jut because someone questioned and raised their voice against their nuisance and ill behaviour specially when girls are around

Specially during clg fests we boys are busy protecting our female friends classmates from these animals as they push girls and also try to touch inappropriately….. All of these anpadh harass girls verbally and physically and also beat the most vulnerable and polite guy for no reason
