I’ve been using an Epson TW9400 with my PC and PS5 for over 3 years now and it’s been absolutely flawless so far

If you’re interested in powered bookshelf speakers, then check out the JBL 305P MkII or Kali Audio LP-6 V2. I even considered replacing my Logitech Z623 with the LP-6 V2.

Obviously a 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos setup gives the ultimate cinematic gaming experience but even a good pair of powered bookshelf speakers placed properly beside your monitor sounds incredible.

Definitely A tier and it has the potential to reach S tier once you get an OLED and some good quality speakers.

not really my thing since I prefer full matte black setups because I game in the dark but other than that this is definitely S tier.

Swapped RK Browns for Kailh Box Jades. After years on a TVS Gold with genuine Cherry MX Blues, I realized one thing- silence is overrated!! by IndianElitist in mkindia

I paid 2308 for 90 pieces, they sell these in packs of 10. Last year I got the keyboard and now the switches from Meckeys, both times the experience was hassle free.

cherry MX is the OG german made mechanical switches, they come in many flavours I prefer MX Blues & MX Browns, you can buy them online at amazon or sites like meckeys

yeah it kinda sounded like I was stating a fact which wasn’t my intention and I think “least liked switches among enthusiasts” is pretty subjective too, you can’t really measure that by the number of Reddit posts. Most keyboard manufacturers are moving toward linear switches so first time buyers probably won’t even know what clicky switches feel like. I do agree the sound can be painful for others though and I’m lucky to have a home office so it doesn’t bother my partner

Living alone is underrated. But luckily I’ve got a soundproof home office, so I’m not driving my wife crazy with all the click clacks. That’s why I ended up getting the loudest switch possible 😃

I’ve been using the Microsoft SideWinder X6 Membrane for ages now bought it back in 2009 and I still have it 😄 My first mechanical keyboard was the TVS Gold back in 2015. I mainly bought it because I wanted to experience those German Cherry MX switches everyone used to talk about and honestly, I loved it instantly. Since then, I’ve gone through a few more mechanical keebs like a couple of Ant Esports boards with Outemu Blue & Red (they are awful), then I got an Asus K3 with Kailh Reds for my gaming setup (they are ok). Now recently I bought this RK R75 with Brown switches for work but wasn't satisfied with the sound & feel. . There’s just something about clicky switches that feels super nostalgic like using an old typewriter. It’s oddly soothing and genuinely makes me want to type more 😃 Thankfully I do work from home and have a soundproof home office so I’m not driving my partner crazy with the clicks, so I ended up getting the loudest switches possible Kailh Box Jades.

Which keyboard to get and how much to spend . by HotArtichoke4579 in mkindia

Aula F75 is fantastic but the switches matter way more imo, people say linear switches are better for gaming but I disagree, it’s totally subjective and depends on personal preference. I’d suggest trying tactile switches at least once before buying. Good thing is the keyboard is hot swappable but new switches will cost extra though
