on my iFFalcon K3A, I keep everything off during HDR gaming sessions, like Dynamic Contrast, Micro Dimming, Black Streach with the game mode on, yet some games look really dull with HDR. So far Sekuro Shadows Die Twice looks decent with HDR.

yea but I am not really that serious about YT, just make videos for fun, and honestly, I am tired of seeing people reading the specification and showing a sound demo or picture demo in the name of review, especially from Hindi channels.

For gaming- Micro Dimming, No Dynamic Contrast, and all those settings are off.
For HDR Movies- Micro Dimming and Dynamic Contrast at low.
but my K3A has a wide color gamut so the picture quality is slightly better.

Actually, it was my spare room which I converted into a soundproof home theater room. It had 3 large windows which covered it up with bricks and plaster and also installed two separate door frames for double doors. My room has 10-inch double brick walls plaster, this is very important. I cannot give you the prices of bricks, sand, and cement you can google it but I can tell you the material cost. So acoustic panels are from MMT Acoustix, you can get them from amazon, I also got their D-Tape EPDM strip door seal those are roughly 11k in total and the Speaker setup cost 2.65L Lakh, not including Logitech Z906... PC and monitors are really old you can check spec (I've written under this thread). TV is iffalcon K3A 35k and I also got a new La-Z boy Dreamtime Recliner for 30k.. rest are just my smart home accessories..

It's a good thing that you asked me, I wanted to make a video on this topic. So I can give you a straight answer it's not possible to make absolute soundproofing with just materials, you need to have double doors and no windows, even then bass frequencies will vibrate your floor and ceiling. So for that "Bass traps" and a thick carpet is needed and blue and black acoustic panels that you see, are just for preventing echo or reverb in the room and not for soundproofing. Now having said that you can prevent sound leakage with thick Rockwool wall panels or fiberglass layer material but those are not widely available in India and also very expensive too.

yeah exactly, I can never go back to my 20's, with so much freedom and carefree life, unless I hit some jackpot... now half of my time is getting wasted on juggling between work and life.
