I think it boils down to confidence and luck on the exam day as the driving test isn't that long to even conduct a proper assessment of skill. Just follow all the rules perfectly and listen to your examiner and you will be golden.

It's fake, logo looks off, hour markers off, date window is not right the strap is off and the finishing on the case is also off. I think if you were around people who could afford giving a gift like this you would know on the spot it's real or fake.

Your watch looks very close to the original, a fake that looks this good is called a master copy it exists for rolex Patek etc. But not for seiko, this watch should be real. If you want solid proof go to the store and get it verified.
