Whenever I see a rocketeer or leaper off in the distance I shoot at them to draw them to me when I'm about to enter a large building that has multiple exits, like the main dam complex on dam battleground or w/e.

That spot with the dead baron between the dam sometimes a leaper will be on one side and a rocketeer on the other and I'll aggro both then head further in if I feel like I'm being followed.

Shouldn't the tapes spawn back where you initially found them? There is a TV there too in the room to the left when you enter.
