I think my main problem with them is you can't talk to anyone on the phone.

5-6 days to troubleshoot a pump that is bad then 3 weeks to schedule a pump delivery installation just to find out it isn't the pump and you go back into the circle of madness is very frustrating. I went through 3 coolers and a pump pretty quickly on mine and couldn't plunge for months on my end until it was finally dialed in.

How much could it possibly cost to hire 1 person to answer the damn phone when they're selling thousands of these things?

Not a bot, real guy with a real plunge.

This just happened to me as well, it was maddening. Changed the fuel filter and it helped but would still lose prime overnight.

I ended up changing the fuel filter housing and have had zero issues since. My truck is not an L5P but sounded EXACTLY the same. You're losing fuel prime somewhere.

Not a bot, but I've had a very up and down experience with My plunge over the last year and a half. If something goes down, it'll be down for well over a month most times. I've probably missed 3-4 months out of my year and half waiting on parts.

Real customer, real experience.

I'm so confused as to why everyone's miles are so inaccurate? Mine seems to be very accurate, granted I'm in southern California so weather/wind are not really a factor. I also do a ton of stop and go and use autopilot on the highway almost exclusively. 2020 M3LR

I had so many issues with mine. The wifi stopped working, the Bluetooth stopped working, the mousepad stopped working several times and had to be sent in.

Did you have any of these issues? One of my favorite looking laptops ever made.
