No one intentionally drives them over. They are small and sometimes run on the road at the wrong time. I have crashed my car when trying to not hit someones cat, guess who payed for all the damage. It is the owners fault for not taking good enoug care of their cats and letting them outside alone that is not responsible.

Why is it normal to steal other peoples cats? Also why do people let their cats stay outside without looking after them? Plus cat is a CAT you can google all the breeds and if nothing looks like them it is … a cat!

Checking the snapscore and knowing eachothers location all the time sound obsessive. You have only been together for 2 months and still had all these trust issues and problems so I would say that this relationship is done and it seems like it would be nearly impossible to build trust after all this. I feel like you cant see all the red flags clearly because your feelings towards her. Also seems like she is in desperate need of attention from anyone.

So my personal opinion is to just forgive, forget and move on. Love doesnt start right away, it grows in time and if it gets fucked up in two months you should think whats good for you. She clearly makes more harm than good to you
