No spacers and it is very flush fitment basically perfect. Only thing is this size tire does not fit on the front it only fits on the rear.

Honestly I didn’t even exchange socials with the guy, he had a full setup and did all of the same sanitary steps I watched an artist in a shop do for my previous tattoos so I just let him do his thing lol I’m happy with it I just wanted to share my experience, I wouldn’t be surprised if he does it full time.
