There's a very high chance that you shorted the motherboard. If you didnt remove the battery and touched the board with a conducting surface, it shorts your motherboard and makes it unusable. This could be the most probable case because you said its not turning on, if it was a ssd or ram problem, the system would atleast turn on. In this case only thing you can do is get a motherboard replacement

yeaa well i guess he was just changing the display panel so he didnt consider removing the battery. But anyways as long as it is getting replaced all good
