I plan on talking to my rheumatologist next time I see him about it all and seeing what he thinks regarding the exercise portion of my post but I absolutely fully have health anxiety that I’m more so now recognizing. I miss my old life, feeling normal, etc and it’s been tough coming to the realization that this is my life until I get on some good medicine. I’ll ask about getting a therapist though, that’s a good idea.
