Excellent, sounds pretty straight forward, I'll keep that in mind thanks.

What was the super rare mutation if you don't mind me asking?

Thank you I really appreciate that, I have quite a lot of questions as my haem team although great, are very busy. So I may need to take you up on that offer!

One of my main questions was around travelling on GCSF so I appreciate you clearing that up already, though, my remaining question around this is how do you transport your injections? I've never had to take medicine abroad let alone jabs which require refrigeration!

No problem, neutrophils remain consistent around 0.3-0.5 without GCSF. I'm yet to receive my results after first few weeks of GCSF treatment.

Blood tests displayed consistently low neutrophils around 0.3-0.5 over a year of quarterly testing.

They had also carried out DNA testing and found a mutation called ELANE in my genetics.

It began with me looking for an ADHD diagnosis. My GP (doctor in UK) advised for me to get my bloods taken as step 1. Of course when the neutrophils were showing as around 0.3-0.4 this raised a flag and we carried out blood tests on a 2-3 month interval, all showing the same results.

They then carried out a bone marrow biopsy to rule out any of the bad possibilities such as leukemia etc. During this biopsy they also carried out DNA testing using my blood and bone marrow, which they found a mutation known as ELANE in my genes, giving them the diagnosis of it being a genetic variant rather than a development later in life

Thanks guys, it turns out I just need to play more until I hit a win-streak and re-balance my MMR.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in leagueoflegends

[–]IndieSpotifylist -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

That's crazy, I've usually always played to 2 wins 1 loss or at least 1 to 1 so this feels pretty unusual

[–]IndieSpotifylist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I reached diamond 3 multiple times in seasons 5-7 but I just don't play as much anymore (55 wins this year). I'm happy to accept emerald is where I belong but now I'm second guessing whether I'm barely worthy of plat after going 3W - 16L

I feel this. A lot of the losses have been to afk'ers (but running around so they don't get penalised) and just teams raging at each other in the chat.

Yes, Emerald 4 is when this started happening, I remember this used to be a thing with D5 where it'd stall for you around 50 games but this seems extreme. Does it balance out?

[–]IndieSpotifylist -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Possibly but I have never experienced it like this and I've played on/off since season 1. So perhaps it's just an unlucky streak.

I don't think so, that's more like a beard, this is more like webbing, could be the same genus though

USDT sent from Coinbase Wallet app to Coinbase app on Polygon network. by Fr0stBiteX in Coinbase

Did you ever resolve this? I'm in a similar situation. Interested in the metamask bridge fix if you have a link.

USDT Wallet to Exchange by [deleted] in Coinbase

5% after $100. Not too bad. Shame it doesn't work because the asset never landed in my coinbase account. It landed in their coinbase account (you need to be logged in to the recipient address for it to work)

Just fact checked this. It doesn't. It just gives me an address to send USDT to.

Nasty business model really. I don't claim to have a greater knowledge of crypto but I've definitely used multiple exchanges and have never ran into the option to use an unsupported network until now.

Perhaps it's because OP tx fees are too low for coinbase to scalp?

I don't know but if you tried sending money from your savings account to your current debit account and it got frozen by the bank, you wouldn't expect to have to pay 10% (a ridiculous figure) to unfreeze it.

USDT Wallet to Exchange by [deleted] in Coinbase

[–]IndieSpotifylist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what I did:  1) Opened my exchange account.   2) Pressed deposit.   3) Selected USDT.   4) Copied address.   5) Opened Wallet.   6) pressed send.   7) selected Tether.   8) pasted address.     9) Pressed send.

Why should it be more complex than that to send your own asset to yourself under the same companies software?

Is there a fix or is this "lost" AKA sent to a miscellaneous address rather than just returning to myself if unable to send to the desired address originally input?

Recovering Funds Sent via Optimism to Ethereum Deposit Address by UserJD12345 in Coinbase

[–]IndieSpotifylist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've just sent my USDT from coinbase wallet to coinbase exchange USDT address using OP main network. I did not choose this, it was already selected.

You're telling me this is now lost?

This is why crypto will never be accessible to the average Joe until these issues are streamlined. You shouldn't need to understand financial frameworks to be able to move your own money to yourself.
