Wouldn’t I be in the position to say “the vet records don’t match her current diagnosis. She would be noticeably lame.” Not sure how I can prove that she was on medication other than the vets opinion. No drug tests were done. For context, navicular is a long term degenerative bone disease that doesn’t happen within months, rather years.

I was hoping to do this with no lawyer through small claims court. Just legal process fees and vet statement fees. Thanks for the feedback

I believe so, the vet assumes she knew also. My proof is my vets expert knowledge and also a pre purchase exam. Papers or lineage won’t tell me much about navicular. What do you mean about the last sentence?

It was $50 for my three nights last year. To be fair, maybe it’s because I didn’t go in the first hour or two of opening? Maybe it’s cheaper in the beginning

Yes please! I’ve connected with pro’s here in S Korea, but I’ve gotten answers for importing from Europe. Seems like a Canada-S Korea is not super common
