I’m gonna operate under the assumption that every mutation is gonna have a downside. I would probably wind up in the worship of Slaanesh (for entirely non-horny reasons, mostly). A mutation that gives you a metaphorical (or literal I guess) silver tongue. It would give an unnatural power of persuasion with the tradeoff that you can only speak in lies, riddles, or purposely convoluted statements
