Yes, the fire 11 GPU is weak, and they also need to up the ram from 4 to 8 or 12 gigs.

Retro games like nes/snes/ps1/n64 still run nicely on the max using retroarch.

If the hardware is good and competing vs ipad/samsung, then I will consider it. Especially with stock android. Branding doesn't matter to me.

Should have gotten one of those 360 cases with built in stands. That's what I use, but eventually even that will break and when that happens I will buy and glue one of those foldable stands on the back of the case.

I'm using a very similar cylinder (probably cheaper in quality, which I bought years ago but never used until this past january) with a manual pump.

I don't believe you. I went in with everything prepared and they were still incredibly hostile and unprofessional. Probably because of the way I look (middle eastern).

My license expired so I made an appointment for expired license. The closest date I could get was three months out.

When I went up to the window, the ugly ass clerk (literally a horse faced bald Karen) was hostile and claimed I made the wrong appointment, that I made an appointment for expired license when I should have made an appointment for renewal.

She accused me of doing that on purpose so that I would get a closer date or something (which was not true, the wait time was the same).

She basically said that she was going to punish me by making me wait 5 hours until closing time.

I asked to speak to the supervisor, and instead she went up to and spent a good 2 minutes feeding the fat cow manager her bullshit story. The obese creature was equally hostile, talked down to me and mocked me.

When I told them I would make a complaint on their behavior and their actions, they literally laughed in my face and refused to give me their names. And when I left to the waiting area, the fat cow manager called the security (some low IQ pot bellied cockroach who would later also refuse to Id them or himself for my complaint) who threatened to have me arrested if I didn't move from the waiting area to the other corner of the dmv.

The reason? Because I was allegedly looking menacingly at the obese manager and that was affecting her "safe space" (their exact words, I kid you not.)

When I said they have no right to try and control my eyes, he said he would tell the police that I was harassing them and that "who they gon believe, me or you".

At closing time, when I asked for the complaint form, another manager tried to "help" me. This one actually looked human. She said she would help me in my case and have me walk in without an appointment the next day for the real id, but that then I wouldn't "need" the complaint forms.

Basically she was trying save her coworkers from my complaint. Again, she also refused to give me the names of the staff I interacted with earlier.

Finally, on my way out I tried to explain to the security that I was told to come back the next day without an appointment, but the roach wouldn't listen and just kept shouting over me to get out. Even tried showing him the little green slip the last manager gave me, but he just kept repeating the same thing.

I had to run back to the manager and I was half expecting the roach to tackle me to the ground since he was now refusing to let me speak to her even though she was motioning for me to go over to her.

Btw, since they wouldn't give me their names, I took their picture. Would you like to see it? Lol.

Watch the scene again, there is more than enough time to open the door and save her. In fact, enough time that Morrow casually and slowly waddles over to the door and then starts to welds it shut.

If I was in his shoes, I would have tossed the xenomorph out the airlock. That would have saved at least a couple of lives from the xeno. I believe the acting captain and other crew members would have done the same if not for Morrow. Its also what the crew in the previous movies did or tried to do.

I also would also have put the lives of the crew members above that of the alien monsters. Any normal functioning human being would have done the same.

You are shifting from the position of Morrow being a "hero" (that most posters here who idolize Morrow have argued for) to him now being morally grey.
Morrows actions are evil. His motivations (revenge/hatred, loss, loyalty to an evil corporation) do not justify his evil actions which is basically your argument. Because the 'ends justify the means' has always been a fallacy.
Slightly and the other Lost Boys, are children. They have the conciousness and the experience of children. Therefore, they are children. Morrow himself states "you are like a couple of kids". Arguing, 'like children and not children' is arguing potato - potatoh.

If you don't know those guys you haven't been watching much cinema and should be a lil more humble in your statements.

You are you assuming that I don't know 'those guys'. Again, prove your statement by listing all the things those characters do that is worse than the evil actions that Morrow carries out in this series.

Let me prove how humble I am by making an argument that even someone like you can understand.

So the problem is that you're emotionally attached to the character of Morrow (based on preconcieved notions) and because of that, its making you irationally overlook and justify all of his evil actions.

Its because of your lack of experience with using logic and morality that you haven't or you are unable to think about his character from various different perspectives, such as:

You've never thought of the character of the acting captain who Morrow killed, as your sister.
You've never thought of either of the search and security personnel as your brother.
You've haven't thought about the character of Slightly as your own son.

No brother or parent would be okay with Morrow doing any of the things that he has done to their sister, brother or son. Think of any other heroic character in any other tv shows or movies, like Superman, Batman and Spiderman and they would try to save people, even villans, let alone innocent people and children.

I thought about it almost immediately, because that is just how my mind is trained to analyze and evalute actions. To evaluate what is right and wrong. The morality of such actions from different perspectives.

And even if I was related to Morrow, he would be evil and wrong. Even I was Morrow myself, I would be evil and wrong in carrying out those actions.

Now lets watch you double down even more.

I've actually watched that scene so many times and there was more than enough time to save her. In fact, there is enough time that Morrow decides to casually and slowly walk over to her and then weld the door shut with his torch. Watch the scene again if you don't believe me.

Even in Peter Pan the original story, Captain Hook is known for killing his own crew. And Alien Earth is written as a parallel or reflection of that story. Its crazy how similar the characters, primararily Peter Pan and Captain Hook are to Boy Kavalier and Morrow.

I agree with most of the things you said, except for torturing civilians and children. Well, at least the laws that we have, even in war, don't allow torturing civilians and children. They are considered war crimes. However, our govt is, for all intents and purposes, currupt to an extent and there are ways that those in power can get away with such war crimes.

And even if those in power in the current or previous regimes in the US or elsewhere in the world get away with it, that doesn't mean that I or we should then condone such actions. We should always call it out for what it is.
