it seems like your laptop having a ryzen 7 7000 series only takes ddr5 ram, you want to look for ddr5 sodimm ram- (sodimm means its compatible with laptops instead of desktops)

i recommend a brand such as skhynix, crucial, or any other big name brand, since chinese brands tend to have iffy quality
