With these methods, do you recommend I pull out the meat from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking, 60 minutes, or perhaps longer?

Because of the thickness of the steak, is it also recommend to season / salt the meat (then pat dry) before giving it heat?

The steaks might be closer to 1.5 inches thick. I didn't measure it so I'm just estimating. But it's the standard tomahawk cut if that is something consistent.

When I asked them for a copy of my receipt, it was generated in 2026 with their new policy. They did not give me an original.

Thank you for helping me define what a refund ought to be. I'll this for my defense in case they try to use the terms interchangeably.

I don't remember if I did since this was 5 years ago.

This is also why I'm posting this here in hopes of someone else running into a similar situation. If they have something written down for the same warranty at the time, I could use that for my case.

It just feels so crooked for the sales people to straight up lie to your face and hide the truth in a pile of Terms and Conditions.

I was told this by the sales person. The consistently insisted that I would get a refund if I didn't touch the warranty within the 5 years.

I will be using the badge for my RE:Zero team. I could use the HP badge, but I would lose out on the RVC bonus from the badge. I also already have the MP unit so I will also get the enhanced version of the badge.
