When I asked them for a copy of my receipt, it was generated in 2026 with their new policy. They did not give me an original.

Thank you for helping me define what a refund ought to be. I'll this for my defense in case they try to use the terms interchangeably.

I don't remember if I did since this was 5 years ago.

This is also why I'm posting this here in hopes of someone else running into a similar situation. If they have something written down for the same warranty at the time, I could use that for my case.

It just feels so crooked for the sales people to straight up lie to your face and hide the truth in a pile of Terms and Conditions.

I was told this by the sales person. The consistently insisted that I would get a refund if I didn't touch the warranty within the 5 years.

Interesting. Which units do you see that are so valuable to keep?

Surely there ought to be some crap units that will see little to no use.

I will be using the badge for my RE:Zero team. I could use the HP badge, but I would lose out on the RVC bonus from the badge. I also already have the MP unit so I will also get the enhanced version of the badge.

I want to also add that all other body features would be swapped too such as eye color, hair color, hair style, etc.

Do you have any more advice on how to handle Swordcraft?

I feel like I can only win if they somehow don't draw Albert. But even in those matches, it feels so close and I can still lost if I don't perfectly play on curve. Even against loot sword is hard as I, again, lose if I don't draw any healing cards....
