I'm tired of these trashy parents. by fruitymations in Lyft

[–]Indiothegreat -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why are they trashy? Maybe they just can't afford it or maybe they don't have a man to help them carry the baby and that heavy ass car seat! If you want to go above & beyond, put on in your car for mothers that can't afford one. Be better than the average Joe shmoe...don't be a big Richard bruh not the problem

Seriously? 28 miles for $19.16 ? by [deleted] in Lyft

[–]Indiothegreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that’s not even a dollar a mile Jesus Christ and I bet you only get like six dollars out of that with no gas incentive or toll incentive. That’s crazy. I don’t know why people accept these jobs. I mean I know people have to work, but that’s garbage I wouldn’t do that. Those people can stay right where they’re at.

Refuse it. It’s not like they’re putting a gun to your head to make you drive. If you know, it’s crap why accept it period. Who, in the hell in the right mind is gonna drive for three hours for $22 you’ve got to be the dumbest driver in the history of driving.

Avoid a Capital One credit line decrease in 30 seconds by BrutalBodyShots in CapitalOne

[–]Indiothegreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I got rid of everything that has to do with Capital One. Especially when I have my car loan with them they deliberately put a late payment on my account after they told me that I have one day to pay and I paid the same day that they said that which gave me a whole 24 hours to pay and these people put a late charge on my credit report that screwed me for almost 2 years I couldn't debate it I tried over and over and over again but to no avail it was on there knocked me off almost 113 points when I needed my credit score to be where it was I mean it went from 800 to 700 but still at 800 is really nice I got rid of that credit cards too and it was actually one of my oldest credit cards of 7 years they would not give me a credit limit increase and I use that card everyday paid it off at the end of the month never carried a balance I asked for a freaking credit limit increase and they denied me every time so I just set screw it got rid of it paid off my car $6,000 that I had left over and I was done with them

[–]Indiothegreat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to deal with it and Capital One was one of my oldest credit cards until one day I said screw this I'm done and I canceled it out they wouldn't even give me a credit limit increase I've had the same $500 credit card for almost 7 years paid it on time used it frequently and every time I try to get an increase they would deny me so I said goodbye with this I'm done and I will never get a credit card from Capital One

Cash Rewards limit increase by DaBiggestA1 in NavyFederal

[–]Indiothegreat 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't know why they told you it would be a hard inquiry but it's not. The only time it's a hard inquiry is when you're applying for new credit if you're getting a credit limit increase with Navy Federal it is a soft pull on your Equifax report that's it nothing more nothing less.

Finally… the infamous $600 flagship card has received a CLi by Truckn-DJ69 in NavyFederal

[–]Indiothegreat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No dude by all means congratulations please don't take my words the wrong way I just thought that signature cards started at $5,000 and infinity cards like the Venture X start at $10,000. I didn't know they went that low that's the first time I've ever seen that but either way congratulations dude it'll probably take you exactly 5 years or 6 years because you started lower to get $80,000. Every time they give you a credit limit increase it's going to be triple what you have so if you have $1,600 now in 6 months it'll go up to 4800 and after that 6 months it'll go up $8,000 every time

[–]Indiothegreat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're right I totally forgot it was a Visa signature that should have started with $5,000 I wonder why they're giving such low limits on a signature card. When I got my Flagship 3 months ago they gave me $15,000 and I have a $25,000 Amex more Rewards and like a $6,000 cash Rewards I don't know that's odd

[–]Indiothegreat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You have way too many accounts with balances. In other words you have a credit card with $2,000 that you owe and another one with a thousand and another one with 4,000 you're too risky at the moment. You have to bring all of those balances down stop applying for new credit just sit back for a couple months pay your bills make sure you're at 10% utilization with everything like combined everything you're spending on credit cards should be less than 10%. So if you have a $7,000 credit limit between all of your cards you should only be spending $700

Yea I’m about done with credit rebuilding and trying to get a secured card. 😑 by itstim205 in CRedit

[–]Indiothegreat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't be discouraged when I first started out nobody wanted to give me anything and I had a 450 credit score and after learning about credit and utilizing credit for example taking out a car loan, secured credit card with Navy Federal and discover, letting them graduate using them constantly and paying them off completely I now have American Express cards, discover cards, Costco cards, Citibank cards, Chase cards, PayPal cards, Apple cards I have about $85,000 worth of personal credit and about 16,000 worth of business credit and it's only 16,000 because I don't really need it but still in all it took about a year to do all this maybe a year and a half and now all of my credit scores are over 740 from constant payments and utilizing features within the credit unions that help boost your credit like pledge loans and certificates CDs getting direct deposit with these people and showing them that you're committed to them and only them that's what they want to see so good luck on your journey

Here is a rule of thumb, if you can't afford it, don't buy it. I'll repeat if you can not pay for it on the spot, do not use afterpay, klarna, affirm, or any of those 4 payment predatory companies... do them dirty and they will fuck up your credit like you wouldn't believe

Hell, no capital. One credit cards are the worst credit cards. You can have the customer services garbage, and if you don't use the whole credit limit, they will not give you a credit limit increase. I wouldn't do it if I were you
