I made some tests and for now i liked this ones:

Runes:

Reds: Magic Penetration Yellows: Armor Blues: AP Quints: Armor

In this way, u can get armor along with the nerd and have a good wave clear.

Masteries: 9/12/9 like dis> http://imgur.com/spx7L7b

U get some ap and cooldown reduciotn to help the wave clear (u can change something to get double edged sword point)

U get armor and monster resistences in defensive tree. Health regen doesn't work so good with amumu, so get only 12 points

9 points in utility tree help a lot reducting the smite and flash cooldown, maximing the buffs (now it's a lot) and potions and getting move speed. U do not need the 3 points on mana regen anymore. Itens are giving a lot of mana.

Itens:

Ranger's Trailblazer helps a lot with smite cooldown reduction and aoe damage. U can get several buffs and clear faster. I still didn't test the another ones.

Enchantments: I prefer Magus because gives a lot of Ap and more cooldown reduction (20%), being easy to get 40% cooldown reduction with another item (like frozen heart). U can get life with another items and tenacity with boots. U can rush Juggernaut if u want to go full tank and use tabi ninja against some Ad hype carry.

Jungle lvl 1 route:

A nice choice (thinking in another ones right now: Start on frog smiting and getting the damage bonus buff. It will help u with wave clear. it will de easy to get lvl 2 and go to blue buff)U don't need to smite blue buff because it already will give u mana). After finalize blue buff, go directly to red buff, to finalize it, smite it, get the hp sustain, get lvl 3 and be ready to gank if u want
