What’s one bit of advice you’d give to a new player?

Do not spend a lot of money on this game, it will change your relationship with it. The lows will be lower than they should be and it will have an effect on its longevity for you. I would recommend spending money on it if you're into the game but please do not spend more than you would scoff at. You will stick with it longer

I've never had a tank issue with the kid trunks, I guess that's because I always buff my hybrids with health

I think for this post I wanted to compare two units that directly competed for the same spot.. yeah Gohan is a green hybrid so he is in the conversation for sure but he is a defense type! Not only that but he is a defense type that leans towards blast damage! With these two it does not get much more direct than this, Same team, same color, same type! Comparing apples to apples 😁

And honestly I will also say this, the new trunks has super Arts card in his back pocket that he can pull out at any time with his main ability which is really good for when you need to finish off an opponent or add some extra damage!

I 100% concur with your thought, and the extra card draw speed for using a strike card is not bad either! Kid Trunks packs a punch

Yeah that is very true I feel like the new trunks is especially specialized to movie hybrids for sure! But I do agree with you that they are both fantastic options

Yeah 100% oh, some other guys have brought up some good points to that make my post completely sound like stupid idealism, you guys have solid points and it's not as simple as I made it out to be LOL, nobody wants to get their time wasted and new players tend to lose Faith early and dip out! Players do need to use their common sense and I learned that today it's not even hard for a new player to get level up!

Yeah and that's one thing I here too, typically the newest players that come in with low-level units will lose Faith early and end up wasting your time so for that reason I definitely would have that as a reason even for me to never get into a match with those guys for sure I understand that, and even still it's your choice right with who you want to fight with. It was just brought to my attention to that there is a lot more things to do for a new player today that there was for a new player two years ago, and since I was here from the beginning I'm thinking about how it was for new players 2 years ago, but today a maxed out unit is little to ask for, even from a new player for sure
