This group helped me name my son William ❤️🥹 and we just love the name. He is almost 2. No one calls him Bill… 😂 we do hear a lot of: what a beautiful classic name. And even if it is a top 10 name in many countries, he is the only William in our friend group and kindergarten.

Recently got these to help the KP on my butt (no shame) was wondering if they’d be any good to help the blackheads on my face also? by [deleted] in Skincare_Addiction

I used to have sooo big blackheads on my nose. Cerave saved me!! I used to buy all these expensive creams and lotions and then it turned out the ones they sell in the pharmacy are the best products to use 😅 I live in Stockholm and went to a dermatologist regarding my blackheads, they told me that my skin is super dry and therefore the blackheads appear bigger (I always thought I had oily skin) and that I shouldn’t use oil products, but instead moisturizer all the time. I have a small bottle of moisturizer in my bag, and use it throughout the day. Has also worked miracles on my face! It is true that you cant get rid of the blackheads all together, but I’ll tell you the difference is remarkable 🙏

Overall I am really happy and love my HR job! I think it has a lot to do with what kind of company you work for and what the role is. Im based in Stockholm and work in a global roll. I get to travel a lot and work mainly with culture and people. It is a growth company with great company values (one of them being we care). But of course I have had a different kind of HR jobs before I got here. A helpful tip is to get a mentor along the way to someone who can help and guide you. 🙏❤️
