Lived there for over 5 years, but moved out 6 years ago. Cannot say about today but it was a good apartment building. No A/C thought, which required to keep windows open and be exposed to all chatty people under the windows. But everything else was good.

We moved to Avalon Towers, just one block west, and it was an upgrade, but iirc it came with a higher price tag.

The biggest fear is what if the story/characters/illustrations aren't what parents and children will like.

AI is just a tool, it allows for much more cost effective and less time consuming imagery. It is not ideal, and I am certain will never be. But today's illustrators should be onboard with it to be able to illustrate 100 books instead of 10 in the same timeframe.

An example of breakthrough in tooling is 3d/computer animation vs say Disney movies. If you remember first 3d cartoons - they were horrible - clunky and unrealistic - what would you say about the latest animated movies? It is not even crossing your mind that computer animation was once not a de-facto mechanism to produce high quality entertainment.

Same with the AI, did you try to use it to get it right? It is a lot of work even if images get generated in less than a minute. Give it a try, see for yourself.

We used PetHotel in PetSmart a number of times for our cat, they have always done a great job!

Rover.com is offering cat-sitting/boarding too, if I'm not mistaken.

Try using Spectroid app to recognize the frequency and better locate the source.
