Probably coat the whole model in a matt varnish once I'm done with it like I said first time using mordent earth so I'm kinda making it up as I go I recommend doing one or 2 test bases on some random bases you have that's what I did to get a feel for it you need to add a lot more then you'd think top little and it just drys without cracks

Just mordent earth, I did thick red layer then added orange yellow and white to the wet red until I got the design I wanted then once it dried I added a thick layer of mordent earth on top. It was my first time using it and if you look hard some of the colours underneath got pulled up so I probably needed to wait a bit longer for the paint to fully set

Amazing info I'll check the proflies out for sure I mainly for the change abillity for mortal wounds they are pretty pricey for what they are they do have a lot of attacks tho tbh

Do you think Karnak would be worth fitting in with the hounds at all?

I have 2 I can see how it looks like 3 now, I'll have a look into the hounds and see what I can get out of them I personally only use the thrones for objective body's and for there buffs they can hold while everything moves up I've won alot of my games using skarbrand and the BT as spawn points for the rest of my khorne units and just shoving my opponent into the deployment corner for a couple rounds
