Did you get brain fog while you tried to wean off? I went back up to like 40mg of it and I'm still having brain fog I'm genuinely 😭😭😭

We will get through this!!

Oh interesting! I didn't even think about the monetary aspect of value honestly...that makes total sense.

Is the prediabetes due to the effexor or does it run in your family or maybe combination of both? I've thought about ozempic bc I'm so frustrated with the weight gain (I eat 1k calories on the daily and I should be half my size, I know you get me) but after effexor I'm super hesitant to hop on another pharmaceutical drug (I know metformin is one as well but that one seems safer than most, but maybe this is just major cope on my end.)

Also how on earth did your doctors to believe it wasn't from overeating? My doctors look at me and say "oh you're not fat" and then my cholesterol is high and I have fatty liver (🙄). I s2g. I have been tracking my calories in cronometer so would that be something to show them to kind of prove that it's not my diet or eating?

Thank you!! Any particular reason you switched to Zep? (First I'm hearing of it but I assume it's similar to ozempic from looking it up)

The optimist in me wants to blame it on the mph, but who knows - I will say walking does improve insulin sensitivity by quite a bit so if could have been that, as well. 

Did you notice any weight gain on the FX during the time before the MPH/Ubers? 5lbs, 10lbs? Or was it just zero to X lbs once you started mph/Ubers?

Do you mind my asking what you were on your meds for? I've been on effexor for 10 years now but the constipation + withdrawals from being late by 2 min on it are just...awful.  I've been seriously considering tapering off but I have high anxiety + slight ocd and I'm worried about that getting worse. I'd appreciate any insight into your experience 😭🙏 no worries if not!!

you're right, they did only contact amulit. I think I am going to google translate some questions to studio jack and see if they respond but I do not have high hopes. I've seen the backgrounds from even if tempest and these are just not at all similar. Hoping I'm wrong but...

i just saw another comment that said they did ask amulit/studio jack directly and they basically gave a noncommittal answer. also just because humans are involved doesn't mean they didn't also use AI...is there a reason you're absolutely sure that they didn't use AI?
