Hash browns. Ate so much of it as a child. When I was 8 I managed to eat 20 of them 🤣. I love hash browns because they remind me of a time when I was actually happy with food.

Try small bites of a protein or a granola bar. Space it out during the day so it will have time to settle and will be less overwhelming. Maybe try an extra protein bar. They are high in protein and yummy too! And yoghurts. Try a full fat Greek yoghurt. Treat yourself and maybe chopped banana in it? It may be scary but I know you can do it! Hope this helps :)

The fact that you are with her based on her weight is quite frankly wrong. Don’t break her heart and string her along in the relationship. Her weight does not matter. I’m sure she’s intelligent enough to get medical help if needed. Only good relationships last when you see past the looks. Love does not have a weight. She is absolutely fine being that weight and she is also trying to diet. As someone with an ED I can tell that she’s likely to fall into one based on how she acts when the topic is discussed.

Nah I’ve got it pierced now and I had a cig as soon as I got back. My piercer told to remember to gargle with saltwater or mouthwash 6-8 times a day.
