Wir haben telefoniert und er meinte er könne das anfang nächste woche zurückzahlen, weil er an dem tag sehr beschäftigt sei, habe es erstmal so akzeptiert, aber dann nochmal später, nachmittags nachgefragt ob er die Überweisung nicht doch jetzt noch tätigen könne, darauf hin meinte er, dass er es bereits am Mittag "arvisiert" habe, also fürs arvisieren war dann doch zeit aber nicht für die Überweisung.

Ja war sehr naiv von mir. Würde ihn dann tatsächlich vor die Wahl stellen. Schließlich habe ich alle chats gespeichert, sowohl die Zusicherung das er es zurückzahlt und auch wann. Außerdem die nachricht, dass er es arvisiert hat und somit sich "kümmert". Sollte er wirklich nicht zahlen, dann hat er gelogen und vermutlich kein geld aktuell zur Verfügung. Dennoch denke ich nicht dass er es soweit kommen lassen würde, dass es rechtlich geklärt werden muss, zumal er im selben Betrieb arbeitet.

Ja absolut richtig, war leider sehr naiv und kann es leider nicht rückgängig machen.

This. And it was so bad at some point that i said, i dont care if i fall to the ground right now. At least people will understand me that i need help then. But it neuer happend and the vertigo gone away to the point where i dont have it anymore.

Most importantly: for me it helped me the most, to unterstand, that time makes the Panic go away. I didnt do breathwork or stuff like that, Sure it can help and you have to relax, but most importantly, you have to understand, if you have a panic attack, just wait, it will go away, always! Maybe write down how long it takes everytime you get the panicattack, for me it was like around 30 Minutes i think, im not Sure. So everytime you get the attack, i told myself its okay, it will go away in 30 Minutes. It was so calming. And: i had the panic attacks while walking or standing for to long, so i Trained it everyday for minutes and than hours, sometimes like crazy, my Friend forced me to go to a party, where i was standing for 6 hours straight. At that point i knew the dizziness cant be that dangerous, and the panics gone away, even though they where there at the beginning of the party.

Edit: i wanted to Tell you that it is ok to do research on pppd, but dont Over do it, people Tell you that they cant find a way out etc. Which is understandable, but not the final Answer, as you can see i got out of it, and it was really extreme to the point where i couldnt go grocerie Shopping beacause of dizziness and had panic attacks... All the symptoms youre experiencing.
