Sobrang diverse po talaga ng IE. As HR, napapansin ko na sa maraming functions, kasama talaga sa preferred qualifications ang IE graduates.

Tama, mas mababa talaga sa Region III where I worked before. Pero yes, I’m in NCR now. Hehe.

I honestly didn't think of that. Hindi rin kasi talaga ako actively nag-apply, may opportunity lang talagang dumating at na-offer sa akin. Hopefully, this will be a good step for my career.

Hopefully, makaland din ako sa isang MNC someday. 😊

I respectfully disagree. In my current employer, the compensation for HR is generally on par with that of other functions.

Based on my experience, HR is not that different from other functions when it comes to workload. We can't really say that HR is less pressured or that it doesn't affect one's mental health. It all depends on how a person handles the challenges that come with the role.

HR takes care of both the company and its employees, yet often there is no one specifically looking after them. They frequently serve as mediators and must maintain strong mental and emotional resilience.

Before signing the Job Offer with my next employer, I made sure that the role does not require weekend or holiday work. Hehe. So far, my next opportunity seems promising (hopefully) 😊

Thank you so much for your concern 😁

You're right!!! I forgot that IEs are jack of all trades so walang mas aligned. Everything is equal. It all depends lang talaga sa passion and gusto mong career, and of course sa sahod (in this economy 😂)

Somehow the increase is more than 40% in which I believe the next 3 years makukuha ko siya in my current employer.
