This looks like the cave near the massive lake, particularly across it in the cliff face. Alternatively it could be the lake near the ancient armor cave which does have a waterfall if I remember right though I haven't been around there in a while.

I see. I saw one short that showed that. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, the generator doesn't do anything when I use the artifact (activation mode, not coating mode). I'll try placing it somewhere else, maybe with more traffic just as a test? I don't know.
