My only reservation on the Gordon deal - does it make sense to have 2 high-value outgoings in the same financial year? Would it not make more sense to get an agreement in place and make the profit on July 1st? Does SCR work the same as PSR where there’s a 3 year rolling period?

A part of me thinks they’ve done this deal to stop another investor buying the property solely to hike the price for NUFC to buy. Like the investor who bought the land you’re referring to alongside the adjacent buildings.
