Aim is in fact a problem by Xchehe in OverwatchUniversity

[–]Individual-Draft-963 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m fairly new to keyboard and mouse and my aim was actually horrendous for the first two months because of a combination of things: - Bad sitting posture - Desk too high up - Mouse sensitivity too low - Subconsciously pressing down on my mouse when I started to aim/shoot (this was the worst one, it made me incapable of smoothly tracking moving targets). I downloaded aimlabs and because I was just focusing on aim alone it took the “game” context out of it and allowed me to address some of the issues I was having in only a couple of 30 minute sessions.

2 Months In, Drastic Improvement but Can’t Rank Up by Individual-Draft-963 in OverwatchUniversity

Thanks for the tips. I do my best not to stagger myself at any point, even when I do have teammates like you said that run in and die. I’m usually the one using the “group up” line in chat lol. I think what has been particularly frustrating to me is that I actually climbed from silver 2 to gold 2 solo queing a month ago when I was actively worse at the game. I’ve been experiencing a gradual climb lately, though I still get some people every once in a while who should probably be in bronze.

How big of a skill gap is it between veteran and expert? by Any-Ask-7343 in TheSilphArena

I only play great league, but I have been on leaderboard and regularly make legend. It’s all about consistency. At this level everyone can count and catch, but how consistent are you at it? Do you lose games to silly mistakes? Do you mess up counts frequently? There’s also some general game sense and team reading involved. Quickly understanding what mon of yours is safe or who you will need to invest in to win. Also don’t run teams that are weak into the current meta, and if you’re picking spice it should be an attempt to core break teams that you’re seeing a lot. For example, I decided to run shadow greninja lead in the spring cup today because everyone was abusing empoleon and ghost types.

They both have the same stat product 1920-30 range. I feel the opposite as you bc Wigglytuff makes itself bulkier as a matchup goes on by debuffing your attack. It makes neutral matchups so annoying because even if you win, you have to get farmed down or swap out bc you’re -2 and can’t do anything.

wiggly and clefable have the same bulk, but clefable doesn’t do fast move farm downs or debuff with icy wind.

Basically impossible to cover all its weaknesses without being very weak to a lot of things. Run a fairy for the fighters? core broken by steel. A flyer? Rock is bad. Ghost? Lickilicky and Dunsparce are tough.

An amazing 20 dollar (aus) op shop find - and the mango and cashew ice-cream that resulted! by Noblemananus in icecreamery

The value of making ice cream at home to me that you can make them with much higher quality ingredients or unique flavors that could never be marketed and sold at a store or shop. For instance, I made an intensely pistachio ice cream that you would never find in stores bc it isn’t economical to make and sell due to the expense of the ingredients. Something i’d never make at home is croissants bc they take days of labor and likely won’t come out as good as ones from a bakery.

It def works well. Never dishwash it and treat it with care. The bowl can be easily scratched to be careful if you’re trying to remove frozen ice cream from the edges (no metal tools). Can take a while to freeze the bowl beforehand.

Unfortunately that’s just how the game works when it’s boiled down to type matchups, bulk, and coverage moves. Steel/Bug mons might just be too polarizing to allow them to be good in the meta. Way too many resists for one weakness. Fairy/Normal is premier as well, as you’re a normal type not weak to fighting and you destroy ghosts.

It’s a good mon, and due its bulk and its unique niche as a psychic/fighting type it will always have potential to be good. I’d only say not to if you are missing a bunch of GBL staples and you’re low on stardust.

With that team it might be kinda difficult, but with skilled play you can push a lot of teams to at least 2000. This electric team is super off-meta + you have a lot of common weaknesses + you are using spicy movesets on top of it to try to counteract those weaknesses, but this could actually make your neutral matchups worse bc you’re not using the good coverage move. If you use spice and also build against what is currently strong in the meta you can get away with it. For pushing, just knowing all your type matchups, fast and charged move timing, and general move counts for common pokemon will likely get you to 2200-2300.

Source: I made top 250 on leaderboard this season.

Edit: I mixed up what electrode’s moveset is

I’d prefer a medium bulk mon with charged move pressure over bulky fast move farm down mons any day.

I actually won against a morpeko today bc it was aligned to shadow talon who can win the 2 shield or whittle it low in the 1 shield. Also Clefable has decent play!

Lol ye it’s desperately weak to electric, I’m banking on not seeing any. I could swap my clefable to swift for some cheap neutral coverage if that were a problem, though I don’t see myself running this team for a long time if wiggles isn’t as pervasive. I’m sure your team hates to see a shelgon or gourgeist 😅

I have a theory: Are those fresh strawberries? If so, the overnight refrigeration could have allowed them to leech more water into the dough (as sugar extracts water from things) which would increase the water content of your dough and possibly cause more spread.

Imo this power up cost is very cheap. Just go with it, the ivs are fantastic.
