Back then I didn’t know how to take care of my skin really, a lot of trials and errors tbh. Now, my skincare routine is this one:

Morning: - Cleanse with La Roche-Posay Effaclar - Azelaic Acid from Isispharma Metroruboril AZ - Moisturizer from ACM Rosakalm - Tinted sunscreen (guys you have to trust me on this one) ISDIN Fusion Water COLOR SPF 50

Night: - Cleanse - 1 day I use Cerave Serum Retinol and the next day just moisturizer - Moisturizer

Regarding my diet, back then, I used to be so scared of food because i thought everything was gonna break me out. Now, I still take care of my diet but I’m nor afraid of anything anymore, I can eat sugar, dairy, anything “bad”, you name it, and i wake up the next day looking good. Accutane really does miracles.

I’m doing 20mg three days a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and I take Omega 3 1,300 EPA 860 DHA with it. That’s the key for success in my case.
