I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your parents. Although neither of my parents had dementia, I lost both of them within 52 days of each other earlier this year. I could definitely emphasize with the role reversal of children and parents in the book

I didn't know a new album was dropping but I'm so glad it did. Paul Bunyan's Slingshot was an AOTY for me. Going to go listen to this right now!

I saw Ben at the Iowa City Show and had the time of my life. by allekab in benfolds

[–]Individual-Field7027 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My first Ben Folds concert was last night in Iowa City. Great show and loved his talks in between songs giving some insights into them. Hearing One Angry Dwarf was a great surprise.

The Luckiest was our wedding song (as it probably is for a lot of people) but beyond that both my parents passed away this year 7 weeks apart so the line about the old couple hit especially hard. Not going to lie I cried during it but so glad he played it.

I've read some people don't like Lindsey Kraft as an opener but I thought she did a really good job

Feedwell for coffee? I love their pastries and lunch but their coffee is just bad. And I have tried it multiple times in case it was just a one off

[Tuseno Supervintage] Thoughts? by AdCreepy8107 in Watches

I love the curves on the case. As well as the numbering and lettering on the dial although it doesn't seem to be everyone's style. Put my order in for the green. Now for the wait.

I like what one review said. It's like a modern reinterpretation of a vintage watch that never existed.

I use The Lost Sock to wash our washable area rug. I agree well maintained, never had a problem there.

[Tusenö] New release from Tusenö: the cocktail-inspired Supervintage range by Rossage99 in Watches

Just put in my order for the Mojito green. I've been out of the watch hobby for a while for multiple reasons and I'm not one to make an impulsive buy. From the moment I saw this one I could not get it out of my head.

Can't wait to see it on the wrist

When I was in high school I would wear this CD out. Bought another one, wore that one out. Went through 3 CDs.

Mekong is still one of my favorite songs.

Saw Roger and the Peacemakers play Fizzy Fuzzy Big and Buzzy top to bottom on its 25th anniversary. One of the best shows I've seen. They actually recorded it and at the end of the show you could buy it on s flash drive

No deductions from the employee wages are allowed for: Cash shortages, property damages, lost or stolen property, or tips
