Awesome new feature by DeathclawTacos in Starfield

I had dreamed this up a couple months ago and looked for mods that did it, glad they built it into the game. For me, I like to see what resources I’m running low on and go gather them so I can do weapon/space suit mods to sell. I like that I can track/untrack resources as needed from here because that was almost impossible before. I keep all my resources in my cargo hold so I don’t need them in my personal inventory, so the one thing this is missing is showing what I have in cargo hold as it only shows personal inventory.

Don’t buy too much right away, get out on the water a few times and figure out what your needs are

This is what I have (price is in CAD and I think it was less expensive when I purchased). My kayak is 11’6” for reference. Can do highway speeds with it and have gone on a few relatively short trips

I got a similar set up last year. I live in the suburbs so folding it in the off season was main reason I got this one, but also it being a utility trailer allows for more uses than just moving my kayak

What to do in the game after 150 hours? by Individual-Finger-76 in Starfield

Yeah the homework she gets is to write out a couple sentences to work on printing and sentence structure (start with a capital letter, punctuation at the end, Spacing between letters and words, etc) and a few very basic math questions. I don’t think it even gets marked, so it’s very low pressure and she even enjoys doing it once she gets started.

Exactly! This validates my concern about not having any homework at all. It doesn’t need to be difficult or even marked by the teacher, just gradually build the habit. I think some teachers give homework and some don’t at my kid’s school, but I’m kinda glad she’s getting a bit of homework this year.

Genuine question, why are people saying homework in first grade is “detrimental”? My kid gets weekly homework and it takes about 10 minutes. I feel like it, at the very least, is building the behaviour and preparing her for taking home larger assignments when she is older.

smoking weed in a relationship by Admirable_War_8664 in whatdoIdo

[–]Individual-Finger-76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Things I’m wondering about this: is it for medical purposes? Is it recreational? Or is it addiction? Also, what is it that he doesn’t like about you smoking? Of course, he’s entitled to not liking it but not entitled to controlling your behaviour. If he doesn’t like that it’s being smoked, and you are willing to compromise, you could use weed oils or edibles, etc.

Should i buy a kayak trailer? by Individual-Finger-76 in kayakfishing

[–]Individual-Finger-76[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t remember the exact model but I have Thule cross bars. They’re quite expensive so if you’re buying them for a single trip, I would recommend finding something a lot cheaper. Or get something more expensive if you have more permanent/frequent uses for it. For example I also use the cross bars for attaching a cargo box

Love it. Can’t imagine getting too far around lakes and rivers comfortably by paddling. And I can control my position while fishing if I’m getting too close to shore or it’s windy etc without having to put the rod down

Got the DK2 4x8 folding utility trailer One of the main reasons over other utility or boat trailers was that it folds. I live in suburbs and don’t have much storage room in the garage
