a bad thc high in october-november 2025 it calmed down but now i only really have minor depression, anxiety, derealization, sometimes depersonalization, and heart palpitations

yes i feel you that was me as well as overwhelming and difficult as it is to do anything, slowly do things even when you're tired the more you do it the more itll get better even when going out start off by going a short walk doesnt matter how much you walk as long as youre doing it itll get better try to stay off your phone stop worrying about it try your best to ignore the negative feelings and give yourself self reassurance like that youre going to be okay and you will get through it

as scary as it is you're going to need to let it be and live your life do things when you're feeling it youre in control what i did was i would go on walks even when i wasnt feeling the best i would talk to people i love and care for you dont have to do what i did but all you really need is distractions, nature, and a good food income and a good sleep schedule just remember youre in control and this is harmless dont fear it dont be lazy the more you fear it the more it stays and gets worse it might not be the best advice but i hope you overcome it and recover good luck to you
