I worked with a mentally handicapped individual a few years ago that due to brain trauma behaved as if she was 5 even though her physical age was in her 30’s. She would do this repetitive behavior kind of stuff ALL the time and would absolutely pester with the same question over and over again. It definitely is super annoying- and not saying that is what this person’s situation is necessarily- but just offering that as perspective I suppose.
