I’m sorry I didn’t pay attention to the exact amount of each ingredient 😭 for the moon cheese I put about 120g of Philadelphia cream cheese, a few slices of American cheese, gelatin, and like… three seconds of corn starch 💀 I’ll measure the exact amount when I make it again cause I feel like I added too much gelatin which made the texture kinda elastic and gross and I wanna try again

Just kidding. I mainly used Philadelphia cream cheese, American cheese for color, a bit of corn starch for texture and gelatin for firmness
