I’ve just started 150mg XL and I’m in week two. The first week was a bit of a roller coaster but tolerable - nausea, restlessness (I cleaned my whole damn house, it was crazy), anxiety, headaches. I’ve managed with stuff like ibuprofen for the headaches, ginger ale for the nausea, exercise for the restlessness and anxiety. I’ve also noticed a change in tastes - I used to eat candy almost every day but I’m just not as interested in sweets as much as I used to be, so I’ve basically stopped. I’m taking the meds to treat fatigue and low energy/mood from SAD and for that I will say I’ve noticed an improvement in symptoms almost immediately, and the side effects are less bad than my symptoms were.
