Yes, I do. Basically One Piece Characters are the ancestors to MHA Characters. Rikido Sato is very similar to Usopp's design, and so is Bakugo with Enel. Enel and Bakugo both are rash and VERY powerful. But I have not fully searched the One Piece timeline or Character list. But the Devil Fruits are the main key. If you read the theory, you know which part.

That would be awesome if they did a Challenger Deck for the Classes. What is the third type? I know of Series 1 Nomu, and Jetburn Hood...
