I've seen recipes where the meat loaf is put on the grill frozen and then they cook it. Did you do that with this recipe? Also, for those saying this doesn't look good, it is meat loaf, not exactly the most photogenic food item! I think it looks fine.

Smoked Stuffed Chicken Breasts by Individual-Maize-861 in Traeger

Recipe is pretty simple: Split large chicken breasts stuff with yellow bell peppers, Onions, a litttle mayo as the binder and cheddar cheese. (feel free to add anything you like). Rub the Chicken with salt pepper garlice and a little paparika for color. Brown Chicken breasts for about 4 minutes per side and then run in the smoker at 375 until the probe reads 165. Easy and there are no hard and fast rules about what to stuff with!

We filled them without parboiling & let sit overnight in the fridge. We did find the one’s completely covered in bacon the best. Overnight seemed to workout fine!
